At 39.1 tons, the SANY SY355LC Large Excavator is a long-chassis machine for utility and transportation infrastructure, forestry, and demolition work across South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia. Maximum digging depth is 24'7", with a 12'4" stick and 36'7" of reach at ground level.

A 280 gross horsepower Cummins L9 Stage V engine drives the positive flow hydraulics to 45,861 lbf of bucket breakout force and 34,396 lbf of stick digging force, and 31" steel track shoes keep ground pressure at 8.8 psi. Quick coupler plumbing and dual auxiliary circuits let the operator remove heavy attachments for transport, and a dedicated pump keeps the second auxiliary rotation circuit supplied for rotating attachments. Transport length is 35' and width is 11'2". Rearview and right sideview cameras come standard, and the ROPS certified cab adds a multifunction LCD monitor and a 10-tool digital selection mode.
